Through the Body

This class is open to everyone who wishes to reconnect with their body.

We will practice mindfulness guided meditations focusing on body scan, open awareness, breath & body, mindful walking, and gentle mindful movement.

The course can be adapted for anyone, even those with injuries. 

This class is for groups as well as one-to-one sessions.

During this difficult time with COVID-19 all classes will be via zoom.
