8 Week MBSR Course
The eight-week MBSR course was created by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979. Its purpose is to help with depression, anxiety, pain, create a balance and improve wellbeing. It takes you on a journey of self-discovery and improvement on a creative, professional and personal level.
During this course, I will teach you the tools to achieve you to achieve these goals, being in the present moment, label and process thoughts, emotions, sensations. Will teach you how to learn what are your stress triggers, to deal with stressful communications, how to know what are your support anchors and reconnect to your breath and body and live a peaceful, grounded life in the middle of the day to day chaos.
It will take you on a journey of self-discovery, a new beginning, a new life. This course is available via Zoom or face to face. I will teach the mindfulness guided practices and about learning through experiences.
Can be done in:
- Small groups
- Big groups (up to 15 people)
