Hello, I'm Kate! I have spent most of my life in Asia immersed in the culture of Buddhism.
I was introduced to meditation practices from a very early age but never completely invested myself in its potential.
From a very young age I could see and feel things that others couldn't. I inherited this gift from my grandmother, a gift that comes with a lot of growth.

Mindfulness
Jon Kabat-Zinn is the creator of the centre of mindfulness in medicine and MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction eight week course). In addition to this, he has written many books, my personal favourite being: Full Catastrophe of Living.
What can you gain from doing the eight-week MBSR course and doing the meditations on a regular basis? Well, you will be allowing yourself to show kindness to yourself, you will be able to improve many aspects of your life such as work performance, friendships, marriage, relationships, immune function, improve your leadership, concentration, focus, stamina, performance at sports and creativity. You will learn how to clear your mind, be less judgemental towards yourself and others and be grateful for the things you have. Teach you about how to deal with stressful communication and situations, well help to find know your true self and your true potential so you can achieve your dreams. you will reduce your stress, anxiety, unhealthy mental striving. It is always a new journey each day and each practice. Is mindfulness right for me, even if I am always so busy? The answer... Is yes!
